Office 365 Web Login (Duo)

Visit https://www.office365.us/ for your O365 dashboard (or https://outlook.office365.us/ to go straight to Outlook Web). Enter your full email address and click Next.

You will be presented with a blue screen with a Katmai login screen. Enter your password.

Next, you will see Duo's two factor authentication window.

If you select "Send Me a Push," you will get a notification on your phone from the Duo app. Either click the notification or find and open the Duo app. Verify the Login Request code matches with what you see on your computer and select "Approve" to log in and you will be redirected to your dashboard or inbox.

Alternatively, you may choose "Enter a Passcode." To do this, open the Duo app and tap the "Show" button to be presented with a six digit code. Enter this code in the space provided on the login window on your computer. Click "Log In" and you will be redirected to your dashboard or inbox.
