This can happen rarely once in a while and not be a concern for the safety of your PC. If this happens multiple times or more than once a month contact IT immediately so we can diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. It is a good idea after a blue screen to make sure you have your data backed up on your local account just in case it becomes a chronic issue and eventually does not let you onto the PC anymore.
